We conduct pressure die casting with a vertical casting machine with a clamping force of 160 tons.
The casting weight ranges from 10 grams to 1.5 kg. This casting method is typically employed for larger production runs, especially when manufacturing more complex components in higher quantities that are challenging to produce using manual casting.
With the casting machine, aluminum is injected into the mold under high pressure, ensuring better mold filling and resulting in higher density and more precise workpieces.
Due to the high pressure, the material fills the mold effectively, improving the surface finish of the component and requiring less post-machining.
Consequently, compared to manual casting, pressure die casting allows for the production of more finely finished surfaces on complex components, and smaller parts can be economically manufactured.
